Ok maybe I am just keeping the fire going from the insurance post. But here is recent news from the local area: A Round Rock High School student is dead after a head-on collision. It happened Thursday afternoon on FM 620 near Round Rock High School.
Allan Simmons-Ochoa, the driver of a 300ZX, died at the scene. Two others were injured, and one of the injured was also a Round Rock High School student who, we're told, was in the car with the victim. City Spokesman Will Hampton also said that student passenger and the driver of the other car were both taken to Brackenridge Hospital.
The head-on collision happened on 620 about 12:55 Thursday afternoon. Hampton said the students were in a red 300ZX traveling at a high rate of speed, veered into oncoming traffic, and hit a silver Taurus head-on.
